Kanchan learned the value of self-motivation while studying different courses, participating in and presenting numerous lectures, and working for several firms. To be successful, you must be able to motivate yourself. Self-motivation pushes somebody to keep going despite obstacles, seize chances, and demonstrate dedication to their goals. As a teacher educator, she prepares teachers for the NTA UGC NET and all other teaching-related exams; the author found the scarcity of books that fully give attention to teaching-related competitive exam pursuits. That is why she planned for her various volume book, “EDUCATION: A TREASURE WITHIN, Sure Success for all teaching-related exams.”
